During a romantic escape, my partner and I stayed in a small town motel. the room we booked was surprisingly comfortable and cozy. the bed was just right and we had a good night's sleep. Another great aspect was that the motel had a nice and quiet location. We enjoyed the privacy and peace that we were longing for. even though we had a car, we saw that there was a bus stop nearby, which would be useful for travelers without a car.

The Altona Hotel provided a great experience during my New Year's stay. The rooms were clean and well-supplied, with amenities such as a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. The location of the hotel was also a major plus, as it was situated in a quiet area, allowing for a peaceful and restful night's sleep. the hotel had a restaurant and bar on the premises, providing convenient options for dining and relaxation.
One aspect that could be improved upon at the hotel is the soundproofing. While my room was comfortable, I could occasionally hear noise from neighboring rooms, which was a bit disruptive.

Stayed here for New Year's Eve and it was conveniently located near shops and restaurants. They provided us with plenty of towels and the bed was comfortable. the room had a small fridge and coffee maker. The staff was friendly and accommodating.
The hotel lacked modern updates. The walls were thin, and we could hear our neighbors talking.

The rooms are clean and comfortable. The small pool was a nice addition, and it was refreshing to swim without feeling overwhelmed by chlorine. The staff, especially the manager/owner and his partner, were extremely friendly and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable.
The hotel lacks some amenities and luxuries that you might find in larger hotels. The size of the rooms is not very spacious, and the soundproofing could be improved.

The hotel was great for our New Year's celebration. the rooms were clean and provided all the necessities like a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. the location was convenient, with a restaurant and bar on the premises. We enjoyed having everything we needed right at our fingertips. Plus, the staff was excellent, always friendly and attentive to our needs.
The lack of a safety chain or bolt on the door. It would have been nice to have that extra security measure.

During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I really liked the clean and well-supplied rooms. The fridge, microwave, and coffee maker were a great convenience. The location of the hotel was also a key aspect for me. It was situated in a quiet area, perfect for getting a good night's sleep. Another advantage that I enjoyed was the friendly and pleasant owner. Their hospitality made my stay even more enjoyable.
In terms of negative aspects, I have to mention the lack of amenities at the hotel. While the rooms were clean and comfortable, there were some limitations in terms of facilities.

We stayed with our hockey team and loved the separate building for the pool and rooms. The kids had a blast in the pool, while the adults enjoyed the adjoining party room. We ordered delicious buffet-style Chinese food from the onsite restaurant and the management was incredibly accommodating, even bringing us towels. The hotel staff was friendly and made our stay enjoyable.
The safety chain or bolt on the door was missing, which made us a little uneasy about security.
